RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Digital Products (E-books)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium if the execution has begun with your prior express consent.

By proceeding with the download of your e-book, you expressly agree that the provision of digital content starts immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Return Period: 1 day from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded.

Refund Conditions:

• No refund will be granted once the file has been downloaded.
• Refund requests are only accepted in case of a proven technical problem preventing access to the file (corrupted file, defective download link).
• Any refund request must be sent to [your email] within 1 day of purchase.

Exceptions: In case of a technical defect of the digital product, we commit to:

• Provide a functional replacement file, or
• Issue a full refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

Return Costs: Not applicable for digital products.

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
